Dear universe,

My name is Eleanor but call me Ellie. I absolutely love to cook! I started this blog when I was ten years old, I’m twelve now. It all started when I was around five. I had half days at school and my grandpa picked me up. To entertain me he taught me how to cook some things. We started with a glorious PB&J. Then I learned how to make an egg salad sandwich, tomato soup (with tomatoes fresh from his garden), followed by a killer granola. And now I have made gnocchi and beet chips (the beet chips are page 127 Thomas Keller’s Ad Hoc at Home). I have also made bouchons. Bouchons are french for wine cork and they are like little wine cork brownies but better. They are in Thomas Keller’s cookbooks Bouchon and Bouchon Bakery.
